Extrusion
In the initial stage, a mixture of virgin polypropylene (PP) granules is melted and formed into tapes of specific dimensions.
These tapes serve as the building blocks for the bulk bags.
The durability of these tapes is carefully assessed.
The next step involves loading the tapes onto industrial bobbins in preparation for weaving.

Weaving
On weaving looms, the PP tapes are interwoven to create the polypropylene fabric that forms the body of the bulk bag.
This woven material is sturdy enough to carry a wide range of industrial goods and consumables.
However, it’s important to note that this fabric is “breathable” and susceptible to moisture transfer.

Moisture Proofing (Optional)
Depending on customer requirements, an additional step involves applying a special coating to the bag.
This coating enhances the moisture barrier, making the bag more resistant to moisture transfer.
It’s particularly useful for items that require low moisture permeability.

Cutting
After weaving, the fabric is cut into the desired shape and size for the bulk bag.
Whether the bag needs to be square, tall, overbuilt, or cost-effective, this cutting process ensures consistency.

Printing
Bulk bags often feature printed labels or logos.
Printing is done on the fabric to provide essential information or branding.

Webbing
Webbing, made from strong materials, reinforces the bag’s handles and lifting points.
It ensures the bag can withstand the weight it’s designed to carry.

Sewing
The cut fabric pieces are stitched together to form the complete bulk bag.
Proper stitching ensures the bag’s structural integrity.

Inspection
Each bag undergoes thorough inspection.
Compliance with international safety standards is verified.
Bags are checked for safe working load (SWL) compliance and safety factors.

Burst Testing
Some bags may undergo burst testing to assess their strength and durability under pressure.

Packing
Once inspected and approved, the bulk bags are packed and prepared for distribution.

Storage
Quality bulk bags are stored in safe, sanitary conditions until they leave the manufacturing plant.
